Porcupine Meatballs

Porcupine Meatballs

1 ½ c cooked rice
1 lb hamburger
½ c bread crumbs
1 egg

Combine above ingredients.

Shape into meatballs and drop into a hot mixture of:
2 cans tomatoes 1 can water

Simmer 20 min. serve over mashed potatoes.
