Homemade Hamburger Pot Pie

Heat oven to 350 degrees
Ingredients:
Pie crust for double crust pie
1 can vegetable beef soup (undiluted)
1 lb hamburger - does not need to be precooked.
Make pie crust and roll bottom portion out. Place in pie dish. Combine undiluted vegetable beef soup with uncooked hamburger. Mix well. Place into pie dish. Roll out top crust. Vent crust. Bake for 45 minutes or until done at 350 degrees.
Can be served with ketchup and/or brown gravy.
Pie crust (double crust): 2 cups flour, 1 cup shortening, 1 tsp salt. Cut with pastry tool until crumbles. Add ¼ cup water or more if needed. Mix until forms ball. Roll out as needed.
