Bubble Pizza

BUBBLE PIZZA- My family loved this.

1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef -I cooked it with onions and green peppers
1 can pizza sauce -I used 1 can of spaghetti sauce
2 tubes biscuits –I used Pillsbury grands
1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

You can add any other pizza toppings you enjoy olives, mushrooms, pepperoni, etc…

In a large skillet, cook beef; drain. Stir in pizza sauce. Cut each biscuit into quarters I used bigger biscuits so I cut them into eighths ; place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Add sauce mixture to biscuits and stir together. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Yield: 6-8 servings.
