NOBLE CAMP STEW
Susan Noble-It is a recipe that my husband and kids love on a cold night (and on camping trips)! And VERY easy.
In large pot:
Brown 1/3 # ground beef or you can cube and heat up leftover roast.
Season meat with worcestershire sauce and garlic powder, if desired.
Chop and sauté with meat one sweet onion.
Add:
1 can beef broth
1 can corn
1 can green beans
1 can diced tomatoes
Season to taste.
Simmer 15 or 20 minutes. Goes well with cornbread or crackers.
This is simple to double or triple. As is, will feed 2 parents and 3 kids
