Cheesy Noodles

1 pkg. (16 oz) egg noodles (The country pasta ones that look homemade are best)
1 pkg. Frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrot vegetable mix.
Cook both of these separately according to package directions, drain.
Heat and mix in saucepan:
1 cube margarine
1 8oz. Cream cheese (I use the low fat kind)
¼ c. parmesan cheese
2 cups grated cheese
Pour over noodles, mix. Then add the vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste.
