BARBEQUE CHICKEN PASTA (Freezes well)

3 boneless skinless chicken breast
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon onion powder
5 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
Cook and shred chicken. In a saucepan combine all other ingredients. Heat to boiling. Simmer 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Add chicken to sauce. Freeze in a gallon freezer Ziploc bag.
