Asian Beef & Noodles

Asian Beef & Noodles
This is such an easy recipe and really good. My family considers it one of our favorite easy meals. It came from the newspaper. 1996 Cattleman's Beef Association

1 1/4 Pounds Ground Beef
3 3oz. Pkg. Ramen Noodles, Oriental
2 Cups Vegetables Green Beans (can or frozen) Broccoli (fresh or frozen)
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
2 Tablespoon Green Onion, Thinly Sliced

In a large non stick skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat 10-12
minutes or until beef is no longer pink, breaking up into 3/4" pieces.
Remove meat with slotted spoon; pour off drippings. Season beef with one
seasoning packet from the noodles; set aside.~

In same skillet, combine 3 cups water, vegetables; fresh or frozen,
noodles (broken up), ginger, remaining seasoning packets. Bring to a boil;
reduce heat. Cover, simmer 3 minutes or until noodles are tender,
stirring occasionally. Return beef to skillet; stir in green onions.

Our favorite vegetable is fresh broccoli. ~
