Quick and Easy Mini Meatloaf

Of all the recipes of meatloaf I have made for my family, they like this one the best! (over Lion House, Betty Crocker...)
1 lb. Extra Lean Ground Beef
1 pkg. (6 oz.) Chicken Stuffing Mix
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 cup BBQ Sauce
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix meat, stuffing, 1 cup water and garlic powder. Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with non-stick spray. Make and indentation in the center of each mini loaf with a spoon. Fill with sauce. Bake for 30 minutes, or until cooked through. (160 degrees) Top with cheese. Bake 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
