Phoenix Culinary School Dressing

Phoenix Culinary School Dressing

This is a sweet vinaigrette type dressing, so good that after your salad is gone you will be looking for other things to eat it on!

½ cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup sugar
½ cup red wine vinegar
½ a red onion, diced
8 cloves of garlic
2 tsp salt
1 cup corn oil (no substitutions)
2 tsp ground pepper
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Put all ingredients in a blender, blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Until everything is liquefied. Chill.
