Julie’s Crock Pot Roast

In bottom of crock pot cut up 2 onions into 8 wedges each.

Place 3+ pound roast in crock pot on top of onions.

Spread 2 t chopped garlic on roast.

Sprinkle 1 t montreal steak seasoning, 1 t salt, ½ t pepper on roast. Put in 1 small bag of small carrots, 6 potatoes cut into fourths, 8 mushrooms.

Add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and then ½ can of water. Simmer for 8 hours.

(I like to first turn crock pot on high for about 1-2 hours if I’m going to be home, then turn it to low....but if I’m not going to home I just cook on low)
