Italian Panini

Italian Panini

Good Italian bread (ciabatta, Italian round), sliced thin
Jaryn's Pesto
Tomato, sliced thin
Fresh mozzarella, sliced thin
Basil leaves, rinsed
Roasted bell peppers (from a jar)

Spread pesto on bread, then layer remaining ingredients to make a sandwich. Cook in panini maker or George Forman grill.
*You can always add grilled chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, etc. for more flavor.
