Frito Pie

Sherri McDaniels Frito Pie

1 lb of ground beef
1 32oz (big can) refried beans
3 smaller cans of tomato sauce
1 can diced green chili
1 can of water

Fry the hamburger and season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Then add tomato sauce and a can of water, pour in the diced green chili and refried beans. Mix it up and let it simmer for 20-30 minutes. Get a handful of frito's on a plate, top it with the sauce, cheese, lettuce and tomato's. Quick, easy and delicious!
