Broccoli Salad

Broccoli Salad

8 slices bacon, crisp and broken
4 c. broccoli, bite size
1 c. celery, sliced
2/3 c. almonds, toasted
2 c. red grapes, cut in half
1/2 c. sliced green onions

Dressing:
1 c. mayo
3-5 T. cider vinegar (red wine is better)
1/3 to 1/2 c. sugar

Mix together and add to salad, mix well.
