Taco Soup

1 1/2 lb. ground beef, ground turkey, or soy meat (for vegetarians)
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (14 oz) cans kidney beans with juice
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
16 oz frozen corn
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (28 oz) can whole tomatoes with juice
Brown meat; drain and add onions. Cook until onions are tender. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15 min. Serve with cheese, sour cream, lime, cilantro, avocado, tortilla chips or whatever else you like. *I cook this in a crock pot on low for 6-8 hours.
