Sausage & Ham Breakfast Casserole

Sausage & Ham Breakfast Casserole

6 slices of bread
1/2 cup diced ham
1/2 cup cooked sausage
1 cup shredded cheddar
6 eggs
salt & pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

Spray 11x13 pan with non stick spray. Cube six slices of bread and spread evenly in pan. Sprinkle evenly with cooked meats and cheese. In a seperate bowl whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over bread meat an cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Can be made the night before and refrigerated.
