German Pancakes

6 eggs
1 cup milk
½ tsp salt
1 cup flour
½ cup butter or margarine
Combine eggs, milk, and salt in blender until fluffy. Add flour, a little at a time, while the blender is running. Blend well.
Melt stick of butter in 9x13 pan in 425 oven. When bubbly, pour in batter and immediately return to oven.
Bake at 425 for 25 minutes. It puffs up and is uneven when done. Serve immediately w/ syrup, jam, powdered sugar, fruit, etc….
